Founder and Director

Martin first crafted his skills and interest in learning through roles in curriculum design and management in Wellington, New Zealand. He was heavily involved in the national assessment system for secondary school qualifications as a national curriculum panel member, examiner and assessor. He was an early adopter of blended approaches for secondary curriculum and drove organisational change and transformation to accommodate and support the digital learner.

 

He made the transition to workplace training in 2016, providing end-to-end training development for New Zealand customs officers, and moved to the UK in 2018. Since then he has worked in roles in the private sector specialising in curriculum design and eLearning development.

 

Martin brings a deep understanding of learning strategy, learner engagement and retention to every project he works on. His passion is for creating dynamic and effective learning experiences that have a lasting impact.
