Streamlining Learning: Preparing New Zealand Customs Staff with 'Introduction to Tariff'
New Zealand Customs Service were providing critical training to staff on tariffs through a 2-day classroom programme. However, they faced challenges due to learners arriving at the sessions with varying levels of knowledge about tariffs and the tariff document.
Challenge
The training team needed a way to ensure all participants began the 2-day training with a foundational understanding of tariffs. This would streamline the classroom experience, ensuring that trainers could focus on advanced topics without needing to cover basic concepts repeatedly.
Solution
We designed a 30-minute e-learning course using Articulate Storyline:
